Myth # 4- Cardio exercise will get rid of cellulite.

Somewhat True. Cardiovascular exercise will help improve your health and reduce your weight, but in order to see real skin smoothing results, strength training must be done in conjunction with cardio. Strength training will improve the connective tissue beneath the skin which is to blame for cellulite, but this alone will not completely remove cellulite from your body.
